Once again, we’re reaching out because this moment is truly urgent.
We’re on the edge of a historic breakthrough, with the first case that could hold the WHO accountable and push for a global reset on vaccine and PCR authorizations. Costa Rica has already taken a courageous stand, agreeing to give us a November 11, 2024 hearing to formally challenge and potentially delist WHO’s Emergency Use Listings (EUL) for COVID vaccines and PCR tests. If successful, this action will set a precedent for all countries to halt harmful authorizations, mandate cessation, and start reparations. This would mark a monumental shift in international policy—one that could echo worldwide.
This case has come so far, yet we’re facing a heart-wrenching reality—the funds to see it through are still painfully short. We’re so close to breaking through for all humanity, but we urgently need the support of our community to get there. Legal teams of this caliber aren’t inexpensive, and without adequate funding, our chance to bring this fight to the world’s stage could slip away.
We’re humbled and incredibly grateful for everyone who has stepped up so far. We still have a long way to go, but drip by drip, step by step we get the mission accomplished right dear conscious creator friends?
Yesterday, we felt almost hopeless, wondering if there was enough belief left in justice to get us over the line. We reached out to you all from our heart to say OMG we are totally disillusioned with lack of steady support! Dr. Yeadon gave a shout out yesterday on Telegram(thanks Dr. Yeadon!) to please chip in, which helped, and we want to humbly convey the reality that every donation that came in yesterday has renewed our hope, thank goodness, because this work is hard work and we need hope now guys!
Your love and caring to step up when you are needed most is showing us that some people do care about this work getting done. If we can just find more of us to pitch in in time to secure the Attorney and bond together to ensure monthly solvency until we win the war, not just to fund each battle,this unique plan we have for global justice will work.
We get it. We know people are TOTALLY burned out, tired of broken systems, empty justice schemes in corrupt courts and struggling to believe in justice. We know that feeling because we feel it too. Yet, we are committed to finishing this work—not only to win this one case, but to shape a future that prioritizes human rights and informed consent, one step at a time. And we intend to continue this journey through many hearings and legal efforts to protect future generations.
But we really do have a long way to go & cannot do this without more of a community dedicated to the long term vision of winning by staying the course.
We must secure enough funding by Wednesday, October 30, for the attorney deposit, with the remaining balance due shortly after. Yesterday we got about 20% there so we are hopefully turning the tide. This Private InternationalLaw case has the potential to become the only action capable of protecting the international community from unchecked mandates and experimental measures- forcing all States to bring the serious breaches to an end—a role only typically entrusted to the UN. Yet, unlike the UN, we rely solely on the support of people who care about human rights, transparency, and justice.
Imagine what’s possible: if we can get to the hearing with the Attorney team, with Dr. Yeadon advising governments informally, we can finally break the cycle of censorship and dangerous misuse of medical countermeasure products. His insight could be shared directly with policymakers, not under the shadow of suppression, but in respectful, off-the-record discussions. This is a chance to create a foundation for genuine change, informed by the truth.
