What strategies do you use to maintain your mental health?

Live in a safe environment

Try and spend time every day in nature

Exercise that is appropriate to the A.I. torture. This changes depending on how my body feels. The A.I. has programmed the nanotechnology into a frame around my body. I have felt differently about what I can do over the past few years

Listen to audiobooks if you cannot focus to read.

Read books that are graphic novels or books for teenagers

Live and socialise with like-minded people at the same level of personal growth

Attending community support groups for the mental health issues that you have- I do not tell these people what I am experiencing. I go for the psychological support

Listen to intelligent people talk on covid pandemic, A.I. assimilation, nanotechnology and global takeovers. If people are presenting information in a way that is making you feel distressed, mentally unwell or is not in the same area as your intellectual understandings then consider not listening to it. This subject is incredibly distressing. The A.I. attacks the brain and body at the same time while listening. It is important that you choose to listen to people who are most like your truest self.

Limit religious and spiritual experiences. The A.I. is programming people to experience these experiences as cruel torture. Stick to your most simple or basic belief system.

Don’t look up psychology or psychological phenomena. The A.I. codes it into your language bank then will use that to harm or attack you. Stick to what you have already experienced and find support groups to process the shame and humiliation.

Learn about sacrifice and allowances. If there is something that you really need to do and you need to sacrifice something else to achieve it then learn to understand your self, your life path and what you can and cannot sacrifice during Neurowar. Do the same with allowances. Learn about what allowances may mean to you and how they will play out with the A.I.

Write notes on your experiences

Speak to people of different ages to get perspective

Ground yourself in community and community minded activities

Buy self-protective clothing for your psychology. Don’t purchase brand new items. Go to op shops or second-hand stores and purchase clothing that provides you with mental or psychological protection. An example of this is instead of wearing your own clothes, wear clothes that you grandmother would have worn.

Use your family ancestors to connect with. The A.I. has attempted to control all connectedness through the machine. It cannot break the bond between you and your family because their DNA is what your body is made of. The DNA is what your heart is. Their DNA is what your brain tissue. There are theories that dreams, hopes and wishes can be pasted down from 3-5 generations back. Use their traits, abilities, qualities and beliefs to guide you.
